About Kirkpatrick Piano Services
Wes has been playing the piano since he was 8. Wes studied pipe organ at the University of Wisconsin under Thomas Brown. Since graduation in 1977 he has been continually serving as church organist. In early 2000 he began playing the pipe organ at a local church, a post he enjoys to this day.
After he and his wife, Cynthia, bought their first Steinway piano, he had lots of questions for his piano technician about learning the trade. Wes apprenticed with a local music store, where he gained hands-on experience in tuning, repair, voicing and regulation.
Later he branched out on his own, and has been operating Kirkpatrick Piano Services. Wes and Cynthia have enjoyed bringing new life into pianos and serving their wonderful customers for more than 10 years now!
